Services

Raphael Hub provides on-demand DevOps Engineering, AI Engineering, and Cloud Architecture consulting services. All work is performed by Raphael, a senior individual contractor — no subcontractors, no hand-offs.

Rate & payment

The standard rate is $49 per hour. Hours are tracked transparently and billed weekly or biweekly via PayPal. No retainer or minimum commitment is required. Payment is due within 5 business days of invoice.

Scope & changes

Scope is agreed in writing (email or chat) before work begins. Changes to scope are discussed openly — additional hours are billed at the same $49/hr rate. Either party may end an engagement at any time with 48 hours’ notice; you pay only for hours worked.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced under the engagement. Raphael Hub retains no claim over the code, configurations, or designs delivered to you.

Confidentiality

All client information, systems access, and business data shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Warranties & liability

Work is delivered with senior professional care and best effort. Raphael Hub does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the engagement in question.
