Refund Policy

Raphael Hub provides engineering services billed at a flat $49/hour for time actually worked. Because work is delivered on an hourly basis as it is performed, the following applies:

Completed work is non-refundable

Fees for hours already worked and delivered are non-refundable, as the work (code, infrastructure, review, or advisory time) has already been provided.

Cancel anytime — no lock-in

There are no retainers, minimums, or long-term commitments. You can pause or stop an engagement at any time, and you are only billed for hours actually worked up to that point.

If something isn’t right

If deliverable work contains an error attributable to me, I will correct it at no additional charge. This is a fix-it commitment, not a cash-back guarantee — I do not offer money-back or “satisfaction-guaranteed” refunds.

Prepaid hours

Where hours are prepaid, any unused balance can be applied to future work by mutual agreement.
